Over the Valentine's Period I tried to send flowers for some of my love ones in trinidad but I was not pleased. The service on the phone was alright but the flowrers were horrible, the roses my mom recieved never opened and they just dropped from the steams... I think you all do too much promoting for Valentine's. No one wanted to refund me or resend better flowers. Overall I might try to order again.

I have been sent your website address from a niece of mine in trinidad...I'm also a an ex -patriot of trinidad.. your site is absutely fantastic!! I love the arrangements.. its also some of the best florist work i've ever seen..as i have done this sort of work myself...as a matter of fact i have just sent some flowers to my mum over there..I have found it very difficult to send flowers to trinidad from new zealand..as I'm only limited with a few or a couple of florist..as they say here the odering is not high in demand here..but it was difficult to locate a florist in trinidad for the new zealand .as their head office said.that country is very expensive and not many orders are place.so you see what i mean..however i will keep you in mind for further use..THANKS YOU SO MUCH FOR OPENING THIS SITE!! Very good idea and this is a unique service in Trinidad. Good website presentation and features. I had a bad experience. Poor service and follow up during Carnival period when service should have been at the best. The situation was resolved amicably though. Prices are high considering the ease of deliverability in Trinidad. However, I will do business with you guys again.

My heart is full at the moment, am a truly sentimental and romantic person, who always thought that flowers are an expression of love for anyday or anytime to anyone. In Trinidad, I thought we lacked that sharing of sentiments by both sexes, when I first started dating my husband, I sent him an arrangement for our first christmas and I asked for tiger lillies, something kind of unusual, instead they sent him an arrangement of red and white carnations, I would have paid for roses! However, his father was amused at this arrangement for a man and I was as well at his father's reaction.... I am totally and utterly proud of flowerline, as much as we have negatives in our country, we have people who still believe in love and are willing to give the support to help us show it each day anywhere...Keep up the good work and keep faith in our people.
